О люди мира!
Мы, чеченцы, дети Кавказа, обращаемся к вам с открытым сердцем и с болью, которая передаётся от поколения к поколению. Наш народ пережил изгнания и депортацию, войны и разрушения, попытки уничтожить нашу культуру и стереть наше имя из истории. Но всё это не смогло лишить нас главного — стремления к свободе.
В 1991 году мы сделали свой выбор: провозгласили независимость и подтвердили его жертвами тысяч сыновей и дочерей, которые отдали жизнь ради будущего. Однако вместо признания мы получили новые войны и новые наветы. Мир часто видел нас не через призму правды, а через ложь имперской пропаганды.
Сегодня миллионы чеченцев разбросаны по миру. Мы сохранили язык, песни и традиции, мы растим детей и строим будущее — и этим доказываем: мы существуем как нация. Мы хотим жить в мире, быть равноправными среди равноправных, говорить голосом, который будет услышан наряду с голосами великих держав.
Мы заявляем: свобода для чеченского народа — это не привилегия, а естественное право, дарованное Богом и подтверждённое кровью наших мучеников.
Мы призываем народы и государства:
признайте право чеченцев на свободу, услышьте наш голос, поддержите справедливость.
Мы не ищем войны. Мы ищем мира, в котором наши дети будут жить не в страхе, а в созидании, не в изгнании, а в доме, где звучит родная песня и развивается знамя свободы.
Если мир верит в справедливость — он обязан признать право чеченского народа на свободу.

Cry of the Soul
O people of the world!
We, the Chechens, children of the Caucasus, appeal to you with open hearts and with the pain that is passed from generation to generation. Our nation has endured exile and deportation, wars and destruction, attempts to erase our culture and wipe our name from history. Yet none of this has taken from us the most important thing — our striving for freedom.
In 1991 we made our choice: we proclaimed independence and confirmed it with the sacrifices of thousands of sons and daughters who gave their lives for the future. But instead of recognition, we received new wars and new slanders. Too often, the world has seen us not through the lens of truth, but through the lies of imperial propaganda.
Today millions of Chechens are scattered across the world. We have preserved our language, our songs, and our traditions; we raise our children and build our future — and by this we prove: we exist as a nation. We want to live in peace, to be equal among equals, to speak with a voice that will be heard alongside the voices of great powers.
We declare: freedom for the Chechen people is not a privilege, but a natural right, granted by God and sanctified by the blood of our martyrs.
We call upon nations and states:
recognize the right of Chechens to freedom, hear our voice, and support justice.
We do not seek war. We seek peace — a peace in which our children will live not in fear but in creation, not in exile but at home, where the native song resounds and the banner of freedom flies.
If the world truly believes in justice, it must recognize the right of the Chechen people to freedom.
